Revision 1.2 of 25 August 2026.

1. Provider

Сабуров Даниил Денисович, Tax ID 183700967882, a self-employed individual under the special tax regime «Professional Income Tax», not registered as a sole trader. Place of business — Saint Petersburg. Email for contracts, enquiries and claims: i@dsaburov.ru.

2. Status of the information on the site

2.1. The site contains information about experience, services, the possible scope of work, and indicative prices and timelines.

2.2. The site, its pages, form messages, and prices shown as «from» do not constitute a public offer. They do not obligate the Provider to conclude a contract with anyone who gets in touch.

2.3. Under the model used here, a Contract is concluded after the task has been discussed, an individual specification, price, timeline and stages have been agreed, and the parties have signed a separate document. Submitting the enquiry form is not, by itself, acceptance. That said, an actual exchange of messages can form a contract if the parties clearly and unambiguously agreed all material terms and followed whatever form they chose; legally significant messages are therefore worded without ambiguity.

3. Services

The Provider builds and improves websites, software solutions, automations, integrations, backend systems, Telegram bots and Mini Apps, carries out audits, and provides agreed support. The exact deliverable and scope of work are always defined in an individual contract and specification.

Client materials, content migration, domain, hosting, licences, subscriptions, payment-system fees, AI model costs and third-party services are included in the price only when the specification says so explicitly. As a general rule, domains, hosting, licences and accounts are registered to and paid for directly by the client.

4. How a deal is concluded

  1. The client sends an enquiry or gets in touch through the contact given.
  2. The parties clarify the goal, source materials, deliverable and constraints.
  3. The Provider sends a proposal and a draft specification.
  4. The parties sign an individual contract and its specification annex.
  5. Once signed, the Provider issues an invoice and payment details, or sends an individual «Request Money» request from the T-Bank app, linked to the contract and stage.
  6. The Provider starts work once the first payment required by the contract and the necessary materials have been received.

Exchanging signed PDFs from agreed email addresses, or another method of electronic signature explicitly named in the contract, is acceptable.

5. Price and payment

The final price is set once the task has been reviewed and is fixed in the contract or specification.

Unless the parties agree a different schedule:

  • for a total price under 70 000 ₽ — 50% once the estimate is agreed and the contract is signed, before work starts; the remaining 50% — after delivery, under the contract, and before launch;
  • for a price of 70 000 ₽ or more — payment by the milestones set out in the specification.

Any prepayment is an advance, not a deposit. For each payment received, the Provider issues a self-employed tax receipt through the My Tax app and passes it to the client. A corporate or sole-trader client provides the correct Tax ID for the receipt.

The payment procedure, purpose and deadline are set out in the individual contract, the invoice, or the personal transfer request.

6. Performance and changes

6.1. The client provides lawful materials, access and decisions needed for the work in good time. A delay on the client's part may push the deadline back by the corresponding period plus a reasonable time to resume the task.

6.2. The Provider shows interim results in the manner set out in the specification.

6.3. Changing the deliverable, its scope, integrations, page count, scenarios, or the number of revision rounds is done in writing. Extra work does not start until the new price and deadline are agreed.

6.4. The use of software tools and artificial-intelligence systems is allowed under the Provider's supervision. The client's confidential and personal data is not passed to an external system without an agreed basis for doing so.

7. Acceptance and delivery of the result

The procedure for demonstration, review, comments and acceptance is set out in the contract. A substantiated objection is one that points to a specific discrepancy with the specification. New requests are not a defect and are priced separately.

The result is delivered electronically. Source files, instructions and access are handed over to the extent set out in the specification. The channel and scope of delivery are recorded in the contract, an acceptance report, or related correspondence.

8. Warranty fixes

Within 30 calendar days of acceptance, the Provider fixes, free of charge, reproducible discrepancies between the result and the agreed specification, unless they arose from changes made by the client, a third party, an external platform, or a failure to follow instructions.

New features, new content, design or integration changes, external API updates, and the consequences of third-party interference are billed separately. The client's statutory rights concerning defects are not limited by this commercial warranty.

9. Intellectual property

Rights to a specially created result are transferred or granted to the extent, and at the point, stated in the contract, usually after the corresponding stage is paid in full.

Rights to third-party libraries, fonts, images, platforms and other components are governed by their own rights holders' licences. The Provider's own general-purpose work created earlier is not transferred unless the contract explicitly says otherwise; the client receives a sufficient right to use it as part of the paid result.

Publishing the logo, interface or commercial materials of a project requires the separate permission of the rights holder. Publishing the name, position, image, quote or testimonial of an identifiable individual requires that person's own separate consent to the disclosure of personal data; the client's permission does not substitute for it.

10. Termination and refunds

The procedure for terminating the contract, settling the completed part, and any refund is governed by the individual contract and applicable law. A prepayment is not declared unconditionally non-refundable. A refund calculation is set out in writing, taking into account the work actually performed and applicable law.

11. Personal data

Processing of visitors' and enquirers' data is described in the Privacy Policy. The separate consent for the form is at /en/consent. Consent to advertising or to the portfolio is not included in consent to process an enquiry.

12. Claims

A claim is sent to i@dsaburov.ru with a description of the demand, the contract number, and any relevant materials. A reply is sent within the period required by law or the contract.

The claims procedure does not limit an individual consumer's rights and does not deprive them of the right to go to court or to a government authority in the cases provided by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

A new revision applies to use of the site after the date it is published. The terms of a contract already signed are not changed by publishing a new page without the parties' agreement.
