Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Status: the edition in force for the mandatory, not pre-ticked, form checkbox. It is not combined with accepting the Terms, a marketing mailing list, or permission to publish a case study.

1. Who this consent is given to

I give my consent to Сабуров Даниил Денисович, Tax ID 183700967882, a self-employed individual under the Professional Income Tax regime, place of business — Saint Petersburg, email i@dsaburov.ru, to process my personal data on the terms below.

2. Purposes

• to receive and review my enquiry;
• to contact me by the method I specified;
• to clarify the task, timeline and an estimate of cost;
• to prepare a proposal, a specification and an individual contract at my initiative;
• to confirm the fact and the terms of this consent.

This consent does not permit marketing mailings, mass messages, or publication of my name, testimonial or project materials.

A Telegram username may be given as a contact for a reply. Direct correspondence that a user starts themselves via a Telegram link is also governed by the terms of that service, and is not a submission of the web form.

3. Data covered

• name or preferred form of address;
• the email or Telegram username I provide;
• the selected service;
• a description of the task;
• the date and time of submission, the page URL, and the enquiry identifier;
• the version of the Policy and of this consent, and the fact and method of confirmation;
• my reply to a follow-up question, if sent through the same verified channel and relating to this enquiry.

Limited technical data used for site security is processed separately, on the basis stated in the Privacy Policy, not on the basis of this checkbox. Once negotiations begin, business correspondence may be processed to conclude a contract at my initiative; this is also a separate basis.

I understand that the free-text field is not meant for passport or banking details, special-category or biometric data, or personal data of third parties. I will not enter such information unless it is genuinely necessary and an agreed secure channel has been set up.

4. Operations and method

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer to a party lawfully entrusted with processing, blocking, deletion and destruction are permitted. Processing is carried out by automated and mixed means.

The primary SQLite database is on a RUVDS VPS in the RUcloud data centre at: Russian Federation, Moscow Region, Korolyov, Pionerskaya St., 4. Only after the record has been successfully written there is a full copy of the enquiry sent via the Telegram Bot API to the Controller's private service chat. Telegram uses foreign distributed infrastructure and group entities across several jurisdictions. I have been informed of the cross-border nature of this delivery and I consent to it, for the stated purposes and to the stated extent. The bot deletes the Telegram copy after 23 hours, and the private chat's own «1 day» auto-delete timer serves as an independent safeguard; the standard retention period does not exceed 24 hours.

VPS infrastructure is provided by OOO «МТ ФИНАНС» (trading as RUVDS), Tax ID 7706424050, OGRN 1157746680332, registered address: 127051, Moscow, Tsvetnoy Blvd, 26, bldg. 1, room 12. This is a provider of leased computing infrastructure; the application and the enquiry database are administered by the Controller. Access to the application and database is restricted by technical means and the Controller's own credentials.

5. Duration

This consent is valid until its purposes are achieved, but an enquiry that does not result in a contract is kept for no more than 90 calendar days from submission. Limited evidence of consent may be kept for no more than 1095 calendar days from submission, to prove its lawfulness.

If a contract is concluded, the data needed for the contract, payments, acceptance of work, compliance with the law, and defence of rights continues to be processed on the corresponding lawful bases, for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Withdrawal and rights

Consent can be withdrawn by writing to i@dsaburov.ru with the subject line «Отзыв согласия на обработку персональных данных» (Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data). The message should state the contact used in the enquiry and details that allow it to be found without collecting extra data.

On receiving a withdrawal, the Controller stops processing and destroys the data no later than 30 calendar days afterwards, unless another lawful basis exists. If part of the data continues to be processed on another basis, the Controller states the scope, purpose, basis and duration of that processing in the reply to the subject.

7. Wording used on the form

The checkbox is empty by default. The text next to it reads:

I give consent to the processing of my data (name, contact details, selected service, enquiry text) so you can reply to my enquiry, including delivery of a copy through Telegram.

The words «consent to the processing of my data» link to /en/consent. In the same visual block, but outside the checkbox's own label, sits the line «For details, see the privacy policy», linking to /en/privacy. The Privacy Policy is not «accepted» by this checkbox. The server stores the revisions of both documents, the time, the enquiry identifier, the exact wording of the action, and the fact that the checkbox was ticked.
