Revision 1.3 of 25 August 2026.

Status: the edition in force for the scheme «primary database in the Russian Federation → full copy in a closed Telegram chat».

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy sets out how personal data of visitors to https://wfeels.site, people who submit an enquiry, and clients are processed and protected.

1.2. Data controller: Сабуров Даниил Денисович, a self-employed individual under the special tax regime «Professional Income Tax», Tax ID 183700967882, place of business — Saint Petersburg.

1.3. Contact for requests, withdrawal of consent, and personal-data enquiries: i@dsaburov.ru.

1.4. This Policy applies only to processing carried out by the Controller. Third-party sites and services act under their own documents.

2. Processing principles

The Controller:

  • processes data lawfully, in good faith, and only for purposes defined in advance;
  • does not collect data that is excessive for those purposes;
  • ensures accuracy and, where necessary, correction of data;
  • does not merge databases created for incompatible purposes;
  • keeps data no longer than the purposes of processing or the law require;
  • takes legal, organisational and technical protective measures;
  • destroys or anonymises data once its purpose is achieved, unless another lawful basis for retention exists.

3. Categories of data subjects and purposes

3.1. Site visitors

Purposes: secure operation of the site, protecting the form from automated submissions, and rate limiting.

Data: IP address, page URL, time of the request, technical request markers, how long the form took to fill in, and the value of the anti-spam field.

Basis: the Controller's legitimate interest in the site's security, provided the visitor's rights do not prevail; for data included in a submitted enquiry, the subject's consent also applies.

3.2. People submitting an enquiry

Purposes: to receive and process the enquiry, contact the sender, clarify the task, prepare a proposal, and, where the sender initiates it, conclude a contract.

Data:

  • name or preferred form of address;
  • a contact the sender enters themself: email or Telegram username;
  • the selected service;
  • a description of the task;
  • the URL of the page the form was sent from;
  • IP address and limited technical anti-spam data;
  • date and time of submission;
  • the version of the Policy and of the separate consent;
  • the fact and method of confirming consent;
  • business correspondence relating to the enquiry, once pre-contractual discussion has begun.

Basis: the subject's separate consent — for submitting the form; once negotiations begin, also actions taken at the subject's initiative aimed at concluding a contract. These bases are not merged with processing for site security.

3.3. Clients and client representatives

Purposes: concluding and performing a contract, settlements, issuing a self-employed tax receipt, acceptance of work, warranty fixes, claims handling, and defence of lawful rights.

Data: full name, position and authority of the representative, contact details, the party's requisites, the Tax ID of a corporate or sole-trader client, contracts, specifications, correspondence, and details of payments, acceptance reports, remarks, deliverables and access granted.

Basis for the client itself: concluding and performing the contract, complying with legal duties, and defending rights. For a representative or contact person who is not a party to the contract: the legitimate interest of the Controller and of the represented client in concluding and performing the contract, provided that person's rights and freedoms do not prevail; the client supplies the authority and the minimum necessary contact details.

3.4. Authors of testimonials and case-study participants

Purposes: publishing a testimonial, a name, a position, a company name, a logo, project imagery and agreed metrics in the portfolio.

Basis: for a trade name, logo and non-personal materials — separate contractual permission from the rights holder; for the name, position, image, quote or testimonial of an identifiable individual — that person's own separate consent to the disclosure of personal data. One basis does not substitute for the other.

4. Data that should not be sent through the form

The form is not intended for passport data, banking details, health information, biometric data, criminal-record data, political or religious views, details of intimate life, or personal data of third parties. Do not enter such information in the free-text field. If it is genuinely required for a project, the parties agree a separate secure channel and legal basis in advance.

5. Operations and methods of processing

The Controller may collect, record, systematise, accumulate, store, clarify, retrieve, use, transfer to a party lawfully entrusted with processing, block, delete and destroy data.

Processing is carried out by automated and mixed means. No decision producing legal consequences for the subject is made solely on the basis of automated processing.

6. Storage location and recipients

6.1. Primary recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification and retrieval of data belonging to citizens of the Russian Federation take place in an SQLite database on a RUVDS VPS in the RUcloud data centre at: Russian Federation, Moscow Region, Korolyov, Pionerskaya St., 4.

6.2. Once the record has been successfully written to the Russian primary database, a full copy of the enquiry is sent via the Telegram Bot API to the Controller's private service chat. If the primary write fails, nothing is sent to Telegram. The delivery identifier and result are stored separately from the text of the enquiry. The bot deletes the Telegram copy after 23 hours; the private chat itself additionally has an independent «1 day» Telegram auto-delete timer, so the standard retention period does not exceed 24 hours.

6.3. The full content of an enquiry is not written to container or application logs. Logs contain only the data needed for diagnostics and security.

6.4. The Controller does not receive or store card data. Payment is made by bank transfer or through a personal «Request Money» request in the T-Bank app; the payer confirms the transfer in their own bank's app or interface.

6.5. VPS infrastructure is provided by OOO «МТ ФИНАНС» (trading as RUVDS), Tax ID 7706424050, OGRN 1157746680332, registered address: 127051, Moscow, Tsvetnoy Blvd, 26, bldg. 1, room 12. This is a provider of leased computing infrastructure. The application and the enquiry database are administered by the Controller. Access to the application and database is restricted by technical means and the Controller's own credentials.

6.6. The Controller does not sell personal data and does not transfer it for someone else's advertising.

6.7. Telegram is a foreign service with distributed infrastructure and group entities across several jurisdictions. Transferring a full copy of the enquiry is a cross-border transfer. Its purpose is delivery to the Controller, not advertising. Before submitting the form, the user is shown this information and separately confirms consent to delivery of a copy via Telegram. Telegram's own terms are published in its Privacy Policy.

6.8. When replying to the sender by email, correspondence related to the enquiry may be processed within Yandex's mail infrastructure. The user chooses email as their contact themselves; if they gave a Telegram username instead, the reply is sent to that Telegram contact.

7. Retention periods

  • an enquiry that did not result in a contract is kept for no more than 90 calendar days from the date the form was submitted; related pre-contractual correspondence — no more than 90 days after the last substantive contact;
  • the IP address in the rate limiter is kept for no more than one hour;
  • diagnostic logs do not contain the full text of an enquiry and are limited by automatic rotation: no more than three 10 MB files per container; they are removed on overwrite or on deletion of the corresponding container and its storage;
  • evidence of consent is kept for no more than 1095 calendar days from the date the form was submitted, to the extent needed to prove lawfulness;
  • a contract, specification, acceptance reports, and payment and tax documents are kept for the mandatory period of that document; where no specific period is set — no longer than is justified by performance and the defence of rights, usually three years after an obligation ends, extended for the duration of any dispute that has begun;
  • correspondence is kept only to the extent it confirms material terms, performance, settlements, a claim, or the lawfulness of processing, and is deleted together with the corresponding file;
  • temporary passwords, tokens, private keys and backup codes are not archived with the contract file: once access is handed over or ends, they are revoked or deleted without waiting for the general document-retention period;
  • contractual permission for non-personal case-study materials remains in force for the period stated in it; personal data cleared for disclosure is processed until the separate consent ends or a request to stop is received;
  • an agreed SQLite backup is created every 24 hours in a separate Docker volume on the same Russian VPS and kept for no more than seven days;
  • RUVDS's optional external backup service is not connected and is not claimed as a separate external copy.

Where the law or a contract requires a different period, that period applies. Once it expires, data is destroyed or anonymised.

8. Cookies and local storage

As of this revision, the site does not use cookies, advertising analytics, or cross-site tracking systems. The chosen interface theme may be stored in the browser's localStorage under the key theme; this value is not sent to the Controller as part of an enquiry.

Before analytics, advertising pixels, external CAPTCHA, or other tracking technologies are connected, this Policy and the consent interface will be revised.

9. Protective measures

The Controller documents an assessment of possible harm, current threats, the level of protection required, and the applicable set of measures. Measures in place include access control, authentication, TLS, secrets protection, software updates, keeping the full text of enquiries out of logs, event logging, incident response, and agreed SQLite backups. Access is not published or shared with anyone who does not need it for their work. Before going live, a test-restore procedure from a local backup is carried out and recorded.

10. Rights of the data subject

A data subject may request information about processing, demand correction, blocking or deletion of data, withdraw consent, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and appeal the Controller's actions.

Requests are sent to i@dsaburov.ru. To protect the data, the Controller may ask for information confirming the requester's identity and their connection to the data requested. No excessive documents are requested in response.

Withdrawing consent does not make processing carried out before the withdrawal was received unlawful, and does not end processing for which another lawful basis exists after withdrawal.

11. Changes to this Policy

A new revision is published at the same address with a new number and date. Changes are not applied retroactively to consent already given. If a new purpose requires consent, it is requested separately before that processing begins.
